Electrical and climate installation poultry houses

In Odiliapeel we have realized the entire electrical and climate installation in the new broiler parent stable of our client VEKU.

The unique thing about this project is that our client built new poultry houses in 2018 and 2019 that are almost identical to each other. There are 16,500 chickens in the house. These chickens are mainly hens (about 9% - 11% of the chickens are rooster) and they produce hatching eggs. These hatching eggs give broilers, which are fattened at a broiler farm for meat production.

We have realized the following for the newest poultry house:

- The climate and ventilation system with 10 fans built into a special unit in the roof.

- The heat exchanger, with new "ECBLue" fans, which is located next to the house, including the manure aeration.

- The electrical control of the feed installation.

- The electrical installation including lighting with the new HATO armatures.

- The control of the above, built into a control cabinet.

 

In addition, we have also realized the following at this location:

- The compact station with transformer.

- The AC trajectory of the PV installation.

- The main distributors with a special aggregate circuit.

- Network and camera installation

 

In order to make all of this, various departments of VBV have worked hard on the project. The agribusiness, industrial automation, air washers and security technology departments were involved in this project, among others.
