Hardware engineering
Our hardware engineers design electrical diagrams based on the P&ID or functional design in consultation with the cliend and/or end user. Our diagrams are made in EPLAN and AutoCAD.

Software engineering
Our team of software engineers provides the control for the most diverse installations. We are specialized in machine controllers, process controllers, SCADA and MES. Many of our installations are connected to the internet to be able to provide remote service 24/7 and keep downtime to a minimum. We normally work with Siemens TIA portal, but we are also familiar with other software. In addition, we like to think along in making your process or installation smarter by linking ICT services with industrial systems by using revolutionary technologies such as internet of things, big data and artificial intelligence.
Panel construction and control cabinets
Al our control cabinets are built in our own workshop panel construction. We have got the advantage that our engineers work in close contact with our panel builders. We provide customized control cabinets and serial control cabinets. Quality is our top priority and we therefore only use high-end products in our control cabinets.
Assembly and commissioning
After an installation is engineered and prepared by us, we can cable the installation and connect it on location. In addition to cabling and connecting the installation, a service engineer or software engineer is always available to test and adjust the installation, machine or process. We do our activities for to be built installations, but also for installations that need to be converted. We take care of the assembly and commissioning from Uden to the other side of the world.
Inspection, service, maintenance and support
Regular service and preventive maintenance of your electrotechnical installations prevent problems, malfunctions and even the shutdown of your processes. Our service technicians are available daily in case an immediate malfunction needs to be remedied. VBV does not only supply and maintain electrical installations, but can also certify these installations. Besides, we work together with a certified inspector who certifies the installations installed by us, to maintain a fresh look at our installations. We are also specialized in supporting technical services in the field of long-term activities, service work or material(knowledge). Whether it is setting up a frequency inverter or dialing in remotely in one of your PLCs, our employees are available for you.
